TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Location duration
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined during your reservation, determined in your rental contract.  lease. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.

Arrival and departure

• Arrival time from 5 p.m.

• Departure time before 11am.

• On your arrival you will be given the keys, the rules of procedure, the discharges and conditions for the use of the swimming pool, an inventory.

• An inventory would be made at the beginning - from 5 p.m. and end of stay at 10 a.m.

Equipment provided

• This accommodation is rented with bedding; box springs, mattresses, mattress protection, duvets and pillows in accordance with the inventory.  

• Sheets and other household linen (bed sets, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided.

• Our degree of requirement in terms of hygiene means that each mattress and pillows are fitted with mattress protectors, which must not be removed during use and must be clean and maintained upon departure.

• The beds will be made upon your arrival.

• A kit is available to you on your arrival (garbage bags, sponges, coffee filters, detergent, dishwasher tablets, household products, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, small groceries...) Please be kind enough to renew for the other arrivals.

• Important !  Before your departure, the bedding sets must remain in place  and towels will be folded in the respective shower rooms.

Use of premises

• All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.

• The supply of water (cistern), electricity and heating is included in the rental price. 

However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open if you use the heating or air conditioning.

• All amenities are available to you, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper.  

• Each access door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Be absolutely sure to close them properly when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

• Important ! in the event of a blockage (clogged toilet) of the pumps, the lifting station of the sanitation system due to malicious intent, the responsibility of the tenant is engaged.

Use of Internet connection
The tenant agrees to respect the laws in terms of downloading and consultation of sites. In the event of a request from the competent authorities, the owner of the gîte will transmit the contact details of the tenant who has benefited from said connection.

Use of the swimming pool  

• The swimming pool will be cleaned just before your arrival and must be returned clean.

• Respect the rules displayed on the sign near the swimming pool.

• Towels should not be used for the swimming pool.

Use of the wood stove - Barbecue - Brazier

• Wood stove: usable according to season (wood provided)

• The Barbecue is mobile but must not rest on stone floors

• The Brazier is mobile but must not rest on stone floors
   

Safety and propriety instructions

• Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the clients causing the trouble.

• To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m.

• It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation.

• In an emergency, the hospital  from Knin is 20min by car

•   Fire extinguishers were placed in the accommodation.

• Throughout the stay, children are under the responsibility of their parents. The swimming pool can present the danger of drowning, do not let children walk there alone without being accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult.  

• The tenants undertake to ensure that the windows are closed in the event of a risk of rain (and in particular a storm)

• The windows must be closed in case of absence. Any deterioration due to rain inside the rooms (in particular parquet floors) will be attributable to the tenant.  

• The tenant is obliged to take out rental civil liability protection with his insurance company called "VILLEGIATURE abroad" insuring all the premises entrusted to him, for damage such as fire, explosion, damage water which could be caused by himself or by his guests and this, during the rental period.An insurance certificate established in the name of the tenant must be attached to the rental contract.

• Important ! The owner can in no way be held responsible for any accidents or damage that may occur in the property, in the car park or in the access or exit maneuvers of the domain. For the safety of children, the entrance gate of the gate must always be closed. A key to the portal is at your disposal. We thank you for your understanding

Cleaning Package  

• the cleaning package (the amount of which is indicated in the contract) includes the cleaning of rooms and household linen

  • vacuumed floors

  • leached soil

  • laundry cleaned and ironed .

• However, please take care not to leave the accommodation messy by providing storage: ​

  • The sanitary facilities: wc, shower and "siphon" basins  

  • household appliances

  • The furniture

  • The dishes

  • The exteriors also: Tables, chairs, parasols, barbecue, deckchair, outdoor lounge, brazier

Household waste
Garbage cans are available to the inhabitants of the "village" in the small square a few meters from the Villa. 
Important !  When you leave, please do not leave anything in the bins and make them clean  

Pets
We love pets, however for reasons of hygiene and potential allergies of subsequent holidaymakers, they are not allowed at the Villa.

Car park

• 1 vehicle, depending on size, can park in front of the garage inside the domain (the garage is not available)

• Under no circumstances may vehicles park in green spaces.

• Outside you can park your vehicles for free just in front of the Villa as well as on the small square 10 meters from the villa.

Barbecue / Brazier

• You can use charcoal in the barbecue, but the latter must be cleared of its ashes when you leave.

• You can use wood under the lean-to for the brazier, but the latter must be cleared of its ashes when you leave.

The interview 
During your stay, we may be required to intervene for mowing, watering flowers, maintenance of the swimming pool. We will make sure to respect your privacy and agree together on a time slot that suits you.

In case of problem

• In case of failure or malfunction, please contact us without delay. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for troubleshooting or repairs can be taken into account without our agreement.

• In the event of breakage, damage or damage, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repairs or possible replacement.

All these measures may seem quite rigorous

however  they are necessary for the serenity of everyone.
